Diamond FX Neon face paints are very bright in normal light and glow under UV or black light.
Dfx Neon colours, as other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) 
Following FDA guidelines these colours are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. and “not” a cosmetic product.

However our new Dfx Neon, FDA Approved collection is suitable for face and body painting.
